General Comments:
I have been looking to get a difference in the macchiato and cappuccino.
Taking into consideration Jon's comments as much as possible.
1 example of the cappuccino with all brown under the foam
and 2 one with a little milk at the bottom
and a smaller foam layer
The coffee's are made in a straight glass on request, this gives some limitation when the coffee is almost at the top the coffee line bends away a bit
If this is experienced as an inconvenience it should be further tested.
The coffees in the examples are 4 X the speed
1.Machiato 50/50 M/W- Coffee 1/2 strength- Handsiphon- High shelf
2: machiatto- Same as 1
3: Same as 2- internally cleaned
1: Cappuccino- Foam crt ( this foam is slightly off due to the flat and width of the glass)- foam thinner than the machiato- bottom whole brown- via pressure tank 0,5 bar.
2: Cappuccino- FoamF5 ( this foam stays straighter at the rise flat and width of the glass)- foam thinner than the machiato- at the bottom still a little white
Caffee latte
